The Holden has an efficient floor plan with two bedrooms and attractive features in each unit:
- Spacious living room just inside private sheltered front entry
- Adjoining kitchen has space for intimate dining
- Washer/dryer closet tucks the laundry out of sight
- Private full bath and walk-in closet for bedroom 1
- Centrally-located full bath and linen closet convenient to main living areas and bedroom 2
With its congenial outward character and its generous provisions for residents who desire that special touch of intimate livability, this design warrants a closer look when you're making plans for the future.
The minimum order for plans is for PDF sets. To order a plan, select its options above, and then select the "Add to Cart" button at the end of the list of options. (Additional charges appear next to certain options.) If you order reproducible plans, you will receive 1 set only. If you order a Package Set, it is not necessary to order Heat/Air Layouts, Materials Lists, or Plumbing Schematics because these options are included in Package Sets.
