Exchanges
Unlike
many plan companies, we do allow exchanges on plans under
the conditions described below. Returned plans cannot be re-used, and
since it is costly to process, reprint, package and ship plans, we now
charge a $150.00 reprinting fee for all exchanged plans. We are glad to
answer any questions you have, and we will do our best to help you
obtain the plan you want. So please take your time and choose carefully
to avoid returns.
- A $150.00 exchange fee, plus the original postage & handling charge, is charged on exchanges.
- No exchanges will be allowed after 30 days.
- We do not
offer refunds or credits for Custom Plans, Plans with custom changes,
Reproducibles, Certifications, or separately ordered Materials Lists.
