The wide entry hall flows into the open living/dining area. Ambient light is allowed to fill the room through two sets of triple windows and double French doors in the adjoining kitchen. The efficient kitchen connects to a backyard deck for outdoor dining and relaxation. The large master bedroom has a private bath and two closets as well as access to the deck through a French door. The other two bedrooms share a bath between them. Fulfilling practical considerations and convenient to all three bedrooms are the centrally-located linen closet and the utility room with a sink. This design has a pleasant country cottage appeal and an highly functional floor plan, both of which contribute to its warm and inviting character.
