The Madeira is a "country traditional" two-story home design with wings adding sensitively functional space to each side. While one wing can shelter two cars and tools, the opposite side houses the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Some special features of this design: - Family room for informal gathering is given added coziness by a fireplace, raised hearth, and built-in bookshelves
- Separate living room has another fireplace
- Kitchen has room for intimate breakfast area and has easy access to the back deck for outdoor dining
- Formal dining or multi-function room is conveniently served from the kitchen through a swinging door
- Two of the upper-level bedrooms have access to a sheltered outdoor balcony
- Master bedroom suite upstairs includes a private bathroom

(Additional charges appear next to certain options.) If you order reproducible plans, you will receive 1 set only. If you order a Package Set, it is not necessary to order Heat/Air Layouts, Materials Lists, or Plumbing Schematics because these options are included in Package Sets.
