The Whitney is a 1 & 1/2 story home that offers style, space and flexibility. This design has all the qualities of a ranch home with a bonus upper level that is compact yet complete. One of the main attractions of this design is the Great Room. Opening to both the dining area and kitchen, this part of the house allows maximum flexibility for your furniture layout and decor. The kitchen promotes ease of work flow and household traffic, while the bar and nearby utility room provide added convenience. Down the hall, you find the Whitney’s master bedroom, complete with its own bath, dressing area, and walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 is also quite comfortable and has its own adjacent full bath. Extra-wide hallways and doors add the finishing touches to the lower level floor plan. Upstairs are bedroom 3 and another full bath. Outside, the Whitney is especially pleasing. If you order a Package Set, it is not necessary to order Heat/Air Layouts, Materials Lists, or Plumbing Schematics because these options are included in Package Sets.
